Never looked at the "Logs" 'til today, I run Malwarebytes weekly & have had no problems.

But today looking into the Log file I note that "mbam log" data is showing for all of the dates that I have run Malwarebytes, but "Protection Log" has not run since 17th December.

Has something changed that I should action?

It sounds as if you recently installed MBAM with the free, 14-day trial of MBAM PRO enabled by default?

And then the trial expired on the 17th?

 

MBAM Free is just an on-demand scanner.

It does not provide real-time protection.

It only removes infections already on the system.
