Unfortunately, we recently discovered that Malwarebytes is flagging our product as “PUP.Optional.SaveSense.A”. Needless to say, this detection significantly damages our business. Moreover, this detection is probably false since our product is fully compliant with industry best standards and overall compliance requirements. In light of the above, we ask you to remove your detection from our product or alternatively, provide us with a valid explanation to the question why your tool is flagging our product and the set of actions needed to be done in order to remove your detection. We would like to resolve this matter as soon as we can, and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
