scan found over 600 PUPs, okay to delete all?

Helping a friend who just installed MWB and the results are astounding.  I deleted about 30 PUPs that were obviously spyware, but quite a few of the remaining 600 or so are registry keys or other things not so obviously evil.  If I delete them all, is there a possibility of killing off some good/necessary ones?  I'm not looking forward to reformatting.

Should be okay but perhaps if you post the log as an attachment that can help us to provide better assistance.

 

In any case, please create a new System Restore Point just in case so that if something were to go wrong you have a way to go back to the way it was.
