I recently installed MEE, and I am getting ready to push this out to about 250 desktops. I am pretty clear on policy, groups, etc but not so much on client deployment.

 

I have manually deployed to a few test clients after an IP range scan, but I think it will be easiest to scan our Active Directory OU.  Do I have to manually deploy to clients after they show up after an OU scan, or is it an automatic deployment?

Hi mgoettner!

 

You will still need to deploy to your clients.  We do not have an automatic option to deploy within the console.  If you have a third-party deployment software you can export an installation package from the Policy Pane and use that in your deployment software if that is better for you.
