Yes, a clean reinstall will resolve it.

 

However, rather than Revo, it would be better to follow the steps for Option 1 here: MBAM Clean Removal Process

The customer will need to have her license ID & key available to reactivate PRO after the reinstall.

 

If she cannot locate them, then -- if she purchased online -- she'll need to contact the reseller partner, Cleverbridge, to obtain that info.

If she purchased a boxed CD, the info will be somewhere in the box (eg. on the CD sleeve).
