The Pro edition blocked an incoming probe from the above address, based in Russia. Whois info is below.

Is that IP address known for sending malware?

My other PC is running a Quick Scan.

I noticed in the protection log that IP protection frquently stops and starts. That's not normal, is it?

If you're concerned that there might be something going on I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

In most cases a random IP block is normal and not something to be too concerned about. Continuous IP blocks on the other hand are something that you should probably investigate.
