painfully slow computer scans clean

hello, i had a trouble earlier in week with a trojan, it is sorted now. but my computer is running so slow now that it cant even keep up with my typing and keeps missing letters. it takes ages to start up and shut down. i have done a scan with the malware bytes scanner and avg and they come back clean. whats happened can it be fixed? any help would be greatly appreciated.

We need to see MBAM and HJT logs.

Rerun MBAM again and update it before posting a log. The scan needs to be current because new definition updates are added several times a day.
