Turns out, I d/led ROOTREPEAL, and ran it EXACTLY as they said.. Well, I did that and did not find what they said was infecting my system until I ran multiple scans and under hidden services did I find the GAOPDXlsdkjfklsdjfklsjflkjfdglkj.sys file, and WIPED it clean. I found the file in my windows\system32 directory and deleted it manually. After all that I was able to run MBAM and defrag my drive.. Now when I scan with McAfee, it doesn't find the trojan anymore, so I believe I took care of it..but who knows :) Appreciate the help!
