MBAM does not minimize window when a Scheduled Task

I am a new user of Mbam PRO.  I have set up both an UPDATE schedule and a SCAN schedule. Both appear to be working fine. However, I would prefer that the SCAN window not pop-up and require that I dismiss it.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hello and , Econdoc:

 

Yes, there is.

 

Please follow the steps in the screen cap below.

 

Note: "Silent" scans can only be your regular, scheduled tasks. AFAIK in the consumer version of MBAM PRO, the flash scans that can be enabled after database updates currently can not run silently.

 

Also, as you can see in the screen cap, there is a setting to create/save a log file, which can be enabled, even if the scan itself is silent.

That was great advice. The application opening to run a flash scan after an update had been bothering me, so after reading your post I decided to turn off the flash scan after updates and instead schedule an hourly (hidden) flash scan. I figure up to an hour delay after an update isn't much of a risk. And I also scheduled a quick scan at boot so I think I'm better off with these new settings.
