jdr1965 Posted November 30, 2013 ID:759423 Share Posted November 30, 2013 I was helping a friend reset her IE home page, as it was changed by something she accidently downloaded. While going through the ADD/REMOVE programs listing I saw something called "PIPELINE." Is this a safe program or can I delete it without causing other issues? She had something similar to "My Clean PC" with a 24hr live help icon, and a program called "INBOX" which had taken over her IE homepage settings & added toolbars. She's 86 years old and doesn't really take my advice all the time, but otherwise she's a sweetheart! Any advice on the software would be great!
