malware bytes findings

hi everybody new on here and a big thanks to malware bytes. i'm having a problem with the results that malware bytes finds every time it asks me to check the findings it seems that it goes into malware bytes not responding. does it meanim safe or has it not worked. thanks from a first timer.

It's a bit hard to say what's going on without more information.

 

However, we can't review the scan logs or work on possible malware issues in this section of the forum.

 

So, I would suggest that you please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware expert will review your logs and guide you through the cleanup process.
