Forum replies don't post

Recommended Posts

I started a new topic "Malwarebytes blocks and" with text and data to which I received a reply from MrCharlie with further instructions to use RogueKiller and post back the results. I did as instructed but was unable to post the results. The post appeared to be sending, but after a short time I just got a blank screen. I tried the post several times on two computers (the tested one and an independent one) with the same results.

MrCharlie, with whom I had several text posts, suggested that I could send the data directly to him, which I did with the same results. The post seem to have gone out but then a blank window appeared.

I am posting this here at his suggestion for any help on what might be the problem with me or the forum.

Hi, Bayard: :)

As you are the only one reporting this, it doesn't seem to be a widespread problem at the forum (though, from time to time, there has been an occasional posting glitch).

Have you tried clearing your browser history/cache/cookies?

Have you tried a different browser?

If neither of those suggestions resolves the issue, perhaps it might be something related to your ongoing malware problem?

It might be a good idea to continue to work with MrC to get your system cleared up -- perhaps that will resolve this issue?

Perhaps one of the staff or more expert members will have some additional suggestions,
