Scanning clients from AD - most get a wrong domain name

Hi there, we are running the trial of MEE and ran into a problem, where after scanning our AD, some computers show up fine but most show as if though they are in a different domain. The domain column shows a totally different domain than the one they are in.

 

I've confirmed all computers in our AD are under our domain. 

 

I guess my question is why.how did MEE get the domain name wrong? I am unable to deploy to any of them.
