I have a report that is showing incorrect information. Specifically the client scan report has a few machines 'stuck' in it as always showing that they are flash scanning. (Even when they have been off for days.)

 

Is there a file somewhere on the server that can be deleted to reset this, or other, reports?

Hi JamesThom,

 

I just want to confirm that at the top of the scan reports page that you have clicked Refresh or Auto-Refresh to make sure it has been updated.

 

If it is still stuck, I would like to gather some logs, which we will have to do in a ticket.  Please send me a PM with your e-mail and I can create a ticket for you.
