Continual Blocked access message

Hi, I've had a number of blocked access messages.  This morning i am getting  continual alerts that malwarebytes has blocked access to a malicious website process svchost 89.28.113.102 type outgoing, port 59432.  I am running Windows 7 and am using Kaspersky Pure Security software.  Can you tell me whether this is something I should be worried about and give me some advice to fix it please?

That IP is located in Eastern Europe (Republic of Moldova) and svchost.exe is a process often targeted by malware.
 
As such, I would suggest that you please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware expert will guide you through the scanning your system for malware, and through the cleanup process.
