Error when Pushing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from Enterprise Client

Good Morning,


As a security professional, I have an enterprise level service that I use to push malwarebytes anti-malware to machines and run a scan all remotely from my machine. However, when I do this to ANY desktop and keep in mind I do have desktop admin rights to all machines across the network, I receive the following error:


Installation failed. Access is denied. Failed to create remote service. It does not matter what machine I attempt to push it to. It fails each time. We've checked credentials, checked account settings, I'm a desktop admin as well as an admin in MBAM Enterprise.


Not sure where else to look. Need assistance.

Thank you for contacting us in regards to your issue with Malwarebytes Enterprise Edition. If possible can you submit a ticket to corporate-support@malwarebytes.org. One of our agents will take the ticket over so that we can begin the troubleshooting procedure and find out what is going on with this Installation failed error.
