It is one of the Startup Organizer modules - an app that allows to auto-start programs when Windows logons. Ctrl.exe allows to set order of the started apps, delays between then, play sound if necessary and watch key presses to either skip from running the apps or confirm this. This feature is widely used by our customers to speed up Windows load and even to make different aut-start configurations that can be switched. The current version of Startup Organizer can be loaded from our web site: http://www.metaproducts.com/download/sosetup.exe I am also attaching the screenshot sent by our customer. Thank you!
