Getting rid of source of Malware

Hello,

 

I have Malware bytes and it keep getting continuious notices about a threat that it detects.. The system quaranteens the threat it says.. but a little while later the threat comes in again..

 

Please help..

 

 

Attached is a current protection.log files.. showing the various quananteens and blocking..

i've run a quick scan and it found two items.. but I still keep getting the erorr and I can

see my WiFi is constantly being utilized.. and of course it shouldn't be.
