Being a Walking Dead Fan, I was  looking for a livestream via the wikia chatroom that gets filled up each week when an episode comes on. During that, I got some blocks from MBAM relating to Avastsvc.exe. I was wondering, what do they mean? The two of them were 193.107.16.12 and 31.220.0.47. Why does it do that, and is that alright?

I've run scans and nothings come up.

We don't know DisgruntledCarthaginian as we've said before in some of your other topics.  In most cases it's due to ads on website that point back to sites that are on our block list and often not the actual main site you're on.  In the case of games where there is no advertisement they can sometimes use peer2peer technology to spread the bandwidth around but that can then lead to sites again that are on our block list.

IP address: 193.107.16.12
Host name: vps1259.2x4.ru
193.107.16.12 is from Seychelles(SC) in region Southern Africa

IP address: 31.220.0.47
Host name: dedicated.koddos.com
31.220.0.47 is from Belize(BZ) in region South and Central America

If the site is operating as it should then our web blocker is doing its job and blocking sites that are bad that are somehow linked into the site you're visiting and often that is an advertisement.

I was watching livestreams on sites I usually visit when its going on. And the 193.107.16.12 one for me was in the middle of a Russian forest.

Hi, DC: :)

I think AdvancedSetup and others have explained the IP blocking module, what it does and what it means, several times in your multiple posts?

Once again, here are the help-desk topic links:
What does it mean when I get an IP alert about blocking a 'malicious' site?
Why does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware block BitTorrent or other Peer to Peer Clients?

Why is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware blocking my antivirus?

From your descriptions, it appears that the IP blocking module is working properly. :)

If you would like to disable the popup notifications of the blocks, please un-tick (disable) that feature under the Protection tab of the GUI, as shown here:

The IPs will still be blocked and reported in the protection logs, but you won't be bothered by the tooltip notifications.

OTOH, If you would like an expert to assist you with checking your system for malware, please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the scanning and cleanup process.

Thanks,
