Open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, go to the Settings tab, go to Scanner Settings, and make sure that the setting for PUP is at least to show it in the list of results. Our product currently does not support detection and removal of some database and script modifications like those from Java or configurations for Firefox and Chrome unless they also affect Internet Explorer which does not use that type of database. We do hope to have that ability to detect and prevent or remove those as well by early next year.
