False positive trojan.msil.nd3 on CompleteFTP 7.4 trial installer

A trial user of our software, CompleteFTP 7.4.0, has kindly informed us that Malwarebytes is reporting that the installer (attached or here) contains trojan.msil.nd3.  Scanning on the installed software does not report any malware, nor does a scan of the build directory.  We believe this to be a false positive.  Could you please confirm that this is a false positive and advise us on a course of action?
