What actions should I take after a scan

I don't really know much about computer stuff. ..just downloaded Malwarebytes from cnet, did a quick scan. The result showed "Objects detected:55", clicked on the "Show Results" button, bringing up all these files. And I got "Remove Selected", "Ignore" "Save Log" and "Main Menu" buttons to choose from.

 

But the problem is I don;t really know what all these files are about, plus there are so many of them and there's no "select all" option, there's just no way i can tell which ones of them I should select and remove. But if i simply "ignore" them, then these detected files were only "detected" but not "taken care of", which means my pc is still not safe. So what should I do to make sure these files are properly taken care of and that my pc is now safe?
