PUPs Dectection

I've recently scan my computer with Malwarebytes and 9 detection files shown up as PUPs. The log is below

Shouls I worried about these detections? I've heard that PUP may not be malicious, but this is still concerning to me.

They should not be an immediate threat to your system.  Please see the following post which has more information about them.

What are the 'PUP' detections, are they threats and should they be deleted?
