Hi,

This is listed as a PUP detection. PUP means Potentially Unwanted Software - in this case mainly unwanted by the user.

We recently applied a more aggressive stance against Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs), also see here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=130207

Note, we do NOT remove PUP detections by default, we only list (and the user can even disable to display PUP) - and then it's up the the user to select if he wants to remove or not. If the user willingly installed it, then he obviously shouldn't remove.

In this case for Desk365:

* It was submitted to us as unwanted
* Google results display many references where users often refer to Desk365 as malware/virus/unwanted or have no clue where it came from - Many removal guides how to deal with Desk365 >> this all shows that this is potentially unwanted (hence the PUP)
* Lack of EULA or License Agreement during install
* Other Vendors also detect this as unwanted and even adware, so this means, it has been reported to them as well.
* Uninstalling the application is misleading, because it prechecks to download 2 new applications to download and install.
