Can't connect to iTunes Store

G'day all,

 

Don't know if anyone can help, but for a while now I can't get my laptop to connect to the iTunes store.   I have googled and followed a number of unistall iTunes/reinstall iTunes suggestions, but still can't connect.

 

I have another post in the Malware removal forum to deal with a Claro-search issue, and just thought while I was here I'd ask, as you never know who knows what.

 

I synch my iPhone & iPad through my work computer, so it's not a major issue, but i have an old phone I would like to use to play my music through a dock, and would like to get the home machine working.

 

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreciated.
