I've noticed a few things and I was wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong...


When I am in the Client Tab and I right-click on a machine and tell it to do a full scan - sometimes it seems like it takes forever for it to start the scan (at least according to the indicators which change from green to blue)


Then more often than not once it's done scanning the filed that indicates the last time and date of the scan doesn't populate so I don't have a nice picture of what's been scanned and what hasn't.  It makes me wonder what else the console is missing.


Any ideas?

Hello and welcome to the forums.


The manual scan commands are not received by the clients until they check in for policy and database updates.  


This is determined by the check-in time set under communication settings in the policy settings. 


As for the field that is not indicating scan time and date, to investigate this further we would need to create a support ticket and collect information. A support ticket can be created here; http://www.malwarebytes.org/contact_corporate/


We would need to collect screenshots of the scan missing the information and collect the server logs to check for errors.
