File flagged as Trojan

One of our clients is recovering from an infection and this file is marked as a trojan.

It is a core component of a suite of bespoke programs for an Estate Agent (USA=Realtor) and we would like to determine if this is genuine alert or false positive.

Attached are the MBAM developer scan result and a zip of the executable as requested by your false+ guide,
