Please help me

Ok I don't know if I am posting in the right place but I have read a few threads and see where people have actually been helped by others on here and I am piratically at my wits end here, I have down loaded and ran several anti virus and malwear programs now and nothing seems to help, I am currently running Avira, it has removed some of the virus' and malwear but still reports more though I can not get them to delete or even fix, I don't know what to do and hope that someone can help here, I have tried pc doctor, AVG ( which did nothing I don't like this one as it seems to only slow things down more), I tried Avast and house calls and I think three or four others nothing here is working Please please help me I am going crazy here and to top things off this is the fourth computer I have had this all happen to and I know when you start seeing the blue memory dump screen that soon the computer will not even boot so can you please help me fix this issue and maybe save me from losing a fourth computer?

Thank you very much, and I apologize for not doing so quicker. I just hope I can follow the instructions completely I am not really good at this computer thing, again thank you Insomniac.
