I get a white screen when i boot up on my Windows 7 laptop. I do see my desktop for a split second but then the white screen pops up and then I cant do anything. I've tried System Restore from the Command Prompt but still did nothing. Anything that I can do via Flash Drive or CD since i can't "get on" my system?
