No Malware Found - Strange Message at Reboot System

After running the Anti-Rootkit there was not malware found. I shutdown the computer. When I turn it back on I got a message while computer was booting that said "Can not load interactive login" (or something like that) then the computer screen was black I could see the mouse pointer but it did not respond to any accion. I never have seen any message like it before - until now - The only software I installed today was the Anti-Rootkit. Just sharing a feed back for the BETA version. Thanks for all these great tools!
