Odd results on possible false positive scan

Recommended Posts

MBAM is showing what I suspect is a false positive on a file downloaded from the WinZip site. So I obeyed your instructions to run MBAM with the .developer switch. I cheated a bit by adding the file name to the command line so save time.

The result was that it didn't find any malware. But right-clicking on the file and selecting a MBAM scam produced an error. See the two logs.

Is the syntax MBAM.exe /developer filename incorrect? It should save a lot of time!
