Trojan Issue

Malwarebytes has been successful for me in removing some unwanted items. There is one issue that has persisted after numerous scans. The log is below. The only issue I am having (that I know of) is that links are being directed elsehwhere off of search engines.

The log states that the following is being deleted, but that is not the case:

Files Infected:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gaopdxcounter (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Any help would be appreciated.
