Thanks for your support of MBAM PRO.

 

Two questions:

Are you logged in to Windows in a user account with Adminstrator privileges?

Is the computer asleep or hibernating when the scan is scheduled?

Please let us know if this resolves your issue -- if not, we can assist you further. :)

(We'll need you to run a couple of scanning tools to help sort this out.)

UPDATE:

It seems that you now have an open, working topic in the malware removal section >>HERE<<?

 

Please stay with your malware helper in that other topic until he gives you the "all clear".

If you are still having problems configuring MBAM PRO after that, then please let us know and someone will help you to get it up and running properly.
