reoccuring trojans not deleting after reboot

Recommended Posts

warning for fairly inexperienced user...at removing things from the pc, anyway....

I've been infected with two reappearing Trojans that don't seem to delete after a reboot. Any assistance in removing them - for good(!) - would be very much appreciated.

So apparently - just to make me look like a total noob - the Trojans did indeed come out. Three times through Malewarebytes scan/remove/reboot, but they're out. So that I can learn from this, though, and not disturb those of you who are busy helping folks who are less fortunate with *their* removals, could anyone explain what just happened?

Should I expect to run the tool more than once for some removals? Or is it likely that the two Trojans will appear again soon?

And thanks to anyone who has taken the time to read/reply. This is a great forum - I see lots of people receiving expert assistance. Very nice.
