Trojan PSW.Generic 11

I've got full Malwarebytes and AVG, and AVG is constantly blocking a threat on Outlook which it says is Trojan PSW.Generic 11, which I guess is an outgoing process trying to spam people from my contact list.

I ran a full scan earlier today and Malwarebytes found 5 infections which were all PUP-something (I'm not sure of the rest and they've since been deleted), but the problem hasn't gone away, AVG is blocking an email threat every couple of minutes and I'm at loss as to what to do as AVG and Malwarebytes are now not showing any infections when I scan, and my technical knowledge is very basic!
