I'm infected! please help!

I need help please!  My computer has run the Malwarebytes pro version and it's still showing signs of virus.   When i try to turn off my computer, windows will show that it's installing updates and stay on that screen till the battery dies.  I've restored the computer to an earlier session, but it still does the same.  please help

 

is this where i post the dds and attach file that i was told to save to my computer?
