ibsin101 Posted August 30, 2013 ID:722702 Share Posted August 30, 2013 So my dad's laptop recently contracted the FBI moneypak virus. Normally, I would go into safemode with command prompt and figure out things from there; however, this time, command prompt is not starting up in this safe mode, nor can I turn it on via task manager. In fact, I can't seem to turn on any application using task manager.I've tried booting from an external hard drive to no avail. I've even tried Hitmanpro, which did nothing besides sending me to a black screen. And I can't use farbar because I don't have access to my command prompt.I'm fresh out of ideas. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
