Backdoor.MSIL.PGen False Positive!

I made an application in Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 that has simply 2 textboxes and a button, the first textbox you can type C# code in and the other textbox is just to show errors, then a button to compile into a winexe.

The application itself works fine and can compile code but when I try to run the outputted code, MalwareBytes removes it citing BackDoor.MSIL.PGen...

Should I include the application that generates the exe? I only included the exe that was outputted which is the only thing MalwareBytes detects..

Thanks
