Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted August 7, 2013 Root Admin ID:711789 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Hello and Best thing would be to have a trained Expert help you take a look. There is not cost aside from some of your time. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue. Thanks

Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted August 7, 2013 Root Admin ID:712122 Share Posted August 7, 2013 No problem, I've removed the other post. However, please re-read the topic I did link you to. It asks you to create DDS logs and post those in this other forum as a new post. http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showforum=7 Also, it does not ask you to run JRT. Please go ahead and start a new topic in the forum below and post your DDS logs there and someone will assist you. http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showforum=7 Thanks
