trojan help - trojan.win32.emcodec.f

Hi ,can anyone help i have a windows vista laptop , with malware bytes pro , every scan i run is clean , even the beta root kit , but i know i still have trojan.win32.emcodec.f in my system , can malware get rid of it ????  does anyone know if its very dangerous ???.... thanks Roy

my other computer is infected    says infected w32/blaster worm       i tryed to load      to load file dds.com   roguekiller   says connot exit       exe.file   thank you
