Here is why you're seeing those items listed.

http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=130156

There is a good impassibility that there is more going on with your computer.  None of the listed files are from the Windows operating system.  It's up to you but if it were my computer I would remove them, they are "optional".

Please download MiniToolBox save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following check-boxes:

  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
  • List Minidump Files

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Note: When using Reset FF Proxy Settings option Firefox should be closed.

I'm heading out now but  will try to check back on you later tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks

The log says that your Avira antivirus is having trouble starting.  It also says that the FlashPlayerUpdateService is crashing.

Probably best that we do a deeper check on the system.

Please visit this webpage and read the ComboFix User's Guide:

  • Once you've read the article and are ready to use the program you can download it directly from the link below.
  • Important! - Please make sure you save combofix to your desktop and do not run it from your browser
  • Direct download link for: ComboFix.exe
  • Please make sure you disable your security applications before running ComboFix.
  • Once Combofix has completed it will produce and open a log file.  Please be patient as it can take some time to load.
  • Please attach that log file to your next reply.
  • If needed the file can be located here:  C:\combofix.txt
  • NOTE: If you receive the message "illegal operation has been attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion", just reboot the computer.

I would recommend removing this program but if you do decide to keep it then please do not use the Registry Cleaner
TuneUp Companion 2.2.7

Do I need a Windows Registry Cleaner?

Please uninstall ALL versions of Java. If you can do without Java that would be best, but if you do need it then make sure you only have the latest version at all times.

http://www.java.com

Please update your Adobe Reader and Firefox

Please click on START and type in COMBOFIX.EXE /UNINSTALL
That will remove cobofix and put back some default settings.

Please download OTC to your desktop.
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTC.exe

Double-click OTC to run it. (Vista and up users, please right click on OTC and select "Run as an Administrator")
Click on the CleanUp! button and follow the prompts.
(If you get a warning from your firewall or other security programs regarding OTC attempting to contact the Internet, please allow the connection.)
You will be asked to reboot the machine to finish the Cleanup process, choose Yes.
After the reboot all the tools we used should be gone.
Note: Some more recently created tools may not yet be removed by OTC. Feel free to manually delete any tools it leaves behind.

Any other programs or logs you can manually delete.
IE: RogueKiller.exe, RKreport.txt, RK_Quarantine folder, C:\FRST, MBAR, etc....AdwCleaner > just run the program and click uninstall.
