Am I clean yet

my friends pc,she uses a modem and was 3years behind on up dates, no av protection went through tons of repeated scans to clean it up. I'm still not sure if it's clean. Thanks. I updated the windows, scaned with MBAM,SPYBOT, and AVIRA. If there is anything I missed please inform me.
