Saving screen position to the registry on exit and ..

Recommended Posts

I process many 'downloaded files' daily, and I like being able to right click on a file name and launch MBAM. When I close MBAM, is it too much to ask that when I next start it, it recalls the screen location it was at when exited last?

I have a two monitor system that uses its real estate in a manner that I have painstaking managed for best efficiency except your program refuses to start up on the lower right quadrant of monitor #2, where it won't get hidden by or interfere with forms already operating on monitor #1. Unfortunately, when I right-click on a file name in explorer and select "Scan with Malware Bytes . ." it always starts dead center of monitor #1, hidden by a protect program.

I do that for the programs I've created, and if you need me to, I can send the code that uses the registry to save "position" on exit, and then read the registry to position the form on start-up.  At this time, I think MBAM is the only program I use that doesn't re-position itself on start-up to the position it was in the last time it was used.
