Can't stop this one program from installing, how to delete?

This does not initially appear to be malware but we'll treat it as though it is for now and see if we can stop it for you.

Please run the following scanner and send back the logs.

Download DDS from one of the locations below and save to your Desktop
dds.scr
dds.com

Temporarily disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr or dds.com to run the tool.
Click the Run button if prompted with an Open File - Security Warning dialog box.
A black DOS console should open and run for a moment.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt

  • Save both reports to your desktop
  • Please include the following logs in your next reply as an attachment: DDS.txt and Attach.txt
You can ignore the note about zipping the Attach.txt file

Thanks

Well you have a lot of junk and Possibly Unwanted Programs on the computer.  I would recommend that you at least clean up the computer in general to make sure it really is not infected.

I also notice you have iObit Malware Fighter on the computer.

The company behind this product was found to be stealing our database.
Personally I would not trust installing any software from a company that resorts to stealing someone's technology to sell their product.
Please see the following links and make up your own mind if you want to keep this on your system. If needed we can help you remove it.

If you want we can run all the scan and clean up tools, just let me know.

Thanks

Oh! Definitely! Send me whatever you deem neccessary.

Sorry about downloading Iobit then... AdvancedSystemcare6 has really done wonders for my computer(was even planning on installing that for my father's computer since his 120 Gb computer's been slowing down) but if it needs to be unistalled, can you tell me better freeware that can get rid of privacy scans(Wise needs you to pay to get rid of that), ram cleanup, and internet boost?

Okay, did all the steps. The installer has stopped. That's good. Unfortunately, got some bad news:

  • My search engine on my computer is blank, the menu is completely empty. I'm not sure if this is due to Malware or something.
  • Malware Bytes anti-rootkit did something strange after it asked me to install something(forgot what it was but it was supposedly for running the program). Screen went blank except for the malfunctioning installer and startup items like Wise and Advanced System care after the reboot. Fortunately, Iobits's Advanced System care had a menu on at the time so I could log out of my account and come back in. When I logged back in, everything was fine and I could let the anti rootkit software run without any problems.
  • Decided to install Max Secure spyware 2013 the other day and let it run at the same time as Farbar recovery scan. Seems Max made the program and Mozilla's browser stall. Surprisingly, Max said that Farbar has a virus called "Virus.W32.Pioneer.H". Not sure what that was about. Tried exiting MAx, but wouldn't let me. Had to make Revo unistall it. After that, Farbar ran normally, including Firefox, and I got my reports.

I have posted every report you asked for.

I'm sorry but you're making things worse by trying to self medicate the computer. The computer does not appear to be infected but is messed up from junk and useless program installations. If you want continued help then you need to stop installing and running applications on your own and I would highly recommend uninstalling the items below and if you like we can clean up left over junk, but its up to you.

Programs like these are not typically well respected in the field and can lead to more problems for your computer.

Wise Care 365

Max Secure spyware 2013

Advanced SystemCare 6

The company behind this product was found to be stealing our database.

Personally I would not trust installing any software from a company that resorts to stealing someone's technology to sell their product.

Please see the following links and make up your own mind if you want to keep this on your system. If needed I can help you remove it.

I'm currently redoing everything you said. Unfortunately, while I did delete Max advanced systems, Wise cleaner is still on my computer. Even when I did unistall it. I also got the SVChost trojan in my task manager for some reason. I'm currently at the roguekiller stage and will continue doing everything you told me.

Everything you ask, I will unistall. I just need help.

Finished the steps again and I'm not sure if anything's changed. Apparently Avast was still enabled but I can't find the program.

notes:

  • iobit malware hunter and Wise won't leave my computer(Revo already unistalled them which makes this even more distressing). Wise might be hiding in my application data.

Here's the places ESET found them:

  1. Mydocuments\downloads\wisecare
  2. owner\application data\iobit
  3. "                                   " wise(?)
  4. owner\local setting\application data\ wisecare
  • During eset's scan, I had many temporary internet files(hidden or not, not sure).

  • Eset's scan of Iobit malware fighter 2 took a long time.

  • Cnet installer is apparently a threat. (  CBSidlm-cbsi118-wise-data-recovery-bp-75715872.exe )

  • Unsure if this is related to any of the problems listed above but whenever I play a mp4 file on VLC player crashes my image card(Turns all the colors teal and neon while the browsers and files grow huge).

  • That installer for Flash2Video still is asking every time whenever I get on. I'm not sure what the source could be... Have to keep on shutting the ruldll32.exe process tree to keep closing it. Though even when I do it, it keeps pestering me.

  • In task manager's processes, there seems to be 7 versions of svchost.exe . What could this mean? One of them is running with 20,000 kb for some reason. I can understand Firefox having a large amount of data, but not this file. Tried looking it up, but could barely understand.

Yes, looks good.  Please reboot the computer and run this.  If you have a version already delete it and download a new fresh copy.

Please visit this webpage and read the ComboFix User's Guide:

  • Once you've read the article and are ready to use the program you can download it directly from the link below.
  • Important! - Please make sure you save combofix to your desktop and do not run it from your browser
  • Direct download link for: ComboFix.exe
  • Please make sure you disable your security applications before running ComboFix.
  • Once Combofix has completed it will produce and open a log file.  Please be patient as it can take some time to load.
  • Please attach that log file to your next reply.
  • If needed the file can be located here:  C:\combofix.txt
  • NOTE: If you receive the message "illegal operation has been attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion", just reboot the computer.

Due to Combofix not finishing it's scan for 8 hours, I'm gonna need some help unistalling a anti-virus software before I continue. Avast was hurting me and my father's computer, and I tried unistalling it. It got completely off his, but when I tried to find the location of Avast to turn off, couldn't find it. That might be why Combofix didn't respond like the walkthrough said it would.

I think something wrong happened. This is my second time scanning(there was some progress in the second scan) and I didn't get the log and the popup is still there when the computer starts. I'm not sure a third scan will help so if there's something I did wrong, please tell me.
