I did a full scan this afternoon and found 1 result, that appears questionable as I scanned it again with Panda 2013 and was returned negative:

Scan type: Custom scan (C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\7-Zip SFX Maker\Resources\join.exe|)

Scan options enabled: File System | Heuristics/Shuriken | PUP | PUM

Scan options disabled: Memory | Startup | Registry | Heuristics/Extra | P2P

Objects scanned: 1

Time elapsed: 10 second(s)

Memory Processes Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Memory Modules Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Registry Keys Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Registry Values Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Registry Data Items Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Folders Detected: 0

(No malicious items detected)

Files Detected: 1

C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\7-Zip SFX Maker\Resources\join.exe (Trojan.Shutdowner) -> No action taken.

Since a full scan takes 3 hours, I rescanned the detected item again in developer mode & attach the logs for both occasions.

Mind you, I've been trying to get rid the AVG Safe Toolbar for the last couple of weeks and it keeps reappearing so my paranoia at the moment is a little tweaked.
