Need help getting laptop clean, seems to keep getting infected after I clean it up

Hello,

 

I installed Malwarebytes, spybot 2 and have AVG free trial on my DH's laptop but seem to keep having issues and when I run the scans they come back clean or with a few items that are then removed.  It was first infected by Secure System Antivirus Virus and I thought I had it cleaned up but now his email accounts (one set of them at least) is getting hit with Mail Deliver Errors that max out his hourly limit of sent items at the server (host gator and before it was godaddy).  I know I can go change the password at hostgator but would like to get that machine clean before it effects other computers we have that we also use to check those same email accounts.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
