Anti-Virus number -1 non removal

the Anti-Virus number -1 malware was run on my computer and the Anti Malware program removed 4 items from this virus but left the pop- up and the N-1exe file. I have tried to delete this file but only go the standard answer that the file is write protected. How do i remove this file from the appllication data in my C drive?

Unfortunately Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is not able to eradicate Anti-Virus Number 1. On my daughters Vista Home Premium laptop Windows Defender can stop the pop ups but they reappear when she boots up. This just started last Friday. Superantispyware also can't seem to completely kill this thing. Any idea when an working update will be available? What can I do in the meantime?

DB 1887 contain's updated definitions for the latest variant.

Good news. It seems that definition update 1887 was the answer because no more pop ups after my daughter rebooted her laptop. Thanks a million.
