I have a problem with a DNS Changer.

My kids have infected my laptop with a DNS changer for the second time in 4 months. The first time I killed it off with a software called Exterminate it!, but this time it can't do the job and th virus keeps comeing back. Please help...

Just an update:

1) the "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" wouldn't start (aparently disabled by the virus),

2) The Avira Antivir doesn't detect the virus. That is, it does detect and remove some trojans (TR/CryptXPACK.Gen, TR/Patched.CK.6, etc), but the original problem doesn't go away.

Another (hopefully final) update: I've cleaned the virus up using Spyware Doctor. By the way, it wouldn't desinfect my PC, unless I buy a license -- for which Exterminate it! was called a rogue at this forum.

So problem solved, and I withdraw my request.
