Vundo virus has disable network and user permissions on my PC

Can someone please help me, I seemed to have got infected with vundo according to the malware bytes software, it didn't the removal part, I rebooted the machine and then found it had no IP address, no network or Internet access. Also the desktop is all missing/corrupted and the folders are not all accessible on the c: I am the admin user but can't change the file permissions on any folders, also the system restore is disabled.

Any ideas would be great fully received.

Do you have another working pc nearby?

Which windows version is running on the sick machine? Tell also, if it is 32 or 64bit.
