Cannot install,run,or save mbam!

HELLO,

 

 I am new here, so please help the new girl.

 

I am currently in need of all the help some one can offer. I can not download anything so I know it is something nasty on this stupid computer. I tried to hide the mbam file by renaming it, but that too was blahhhhh. So now I am stuck here in computer limbo. I also have the KSOD which is just beautiful.

 

This virus is awesome. It has done more in the two weeks  than most people do in thier whole entire lives.

 

I need help. Please keep in mind that I am not a computer wiz. Yet I am not a newbie. I need something that actually works. I cannot do much on this machine, but for now I am lucky that all safe modes are working. YEEEEAAAHHH.

 

So whatever works in safe mode is fine. Just Please help. This is making my ass itch.
